Terms and conditions

You can place your custom orders by email, via my Facebook page, Etsy store, or our website.

Please provide your home address, delivery address (if different), your email address, and telephone number.

All products must be paid for in full when they are ordered from the website.

Products will be posted on receipt and clearance of payment. Delivery and insurance will be charged at cost and will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce or Insured International Post. If you would prefer to arrange your own collection please let me know.

If your custom orders are required by a certain special date please let me know when you are ordering and await confirmation. I will confirm if it is possible prior to accepting your order.

Please note that all of my products are entirely hand-crafted and you should accept that no two pieces can be identical. I will send you a picture to show you the end product on completion, to ensure that you are completely happy before dispatch.

Please allow plenty of time for delivery for custom made orders, 1-2 weeks is normal but this can be longer if I am particularly busy time of year, I will let you know when you place your order. Christmas is obviously a very busy time so contact me as early as possible when planning for Christmas gifts.

For custom made orders practical magick reserves the right to consider the order as cancelled if payment or contact is not made within 30 days of the date of completion of the order.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately and I will endeavour to put this right for you, if you are still unhappy you should return your product to me within seven days for a full refund less postage. This applies to all items sold over this website but does not include custom orders to your specification. When returning a product you must arrange insurance and make sure that a signature is required, please retain proof of posting.

Privacy- We use Google Analytics to collect non identifiable visitor information from our website, this includes, the way you found our website, via a search engine or a link etc., the country of your ISP, the language you use , the pages visited and if you used one of our links to exit our site. This is purely for our own use. We use this information to improve the design of my website and gauge the effectiveness of our advertising. I do not make these results public.

If a court rules that any of these conditions is not valid or cannot be enforced, the other conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
